Sweet Apple-Raisin Polish & Sauerkraut Slow-Cooker Delight

This Autumn favorite is delicious and healthy.

Preparation is very simple and easy 

Cut 2 packages polska kielbasa cut in 3" segments (fully-cooked) and place around the bottom of the crockpot.

Core 2 apples and spread out atop the kielbasa. 

Sprinkle one box of raisins over the apples and kielbasa. 

Spread one jar of sauerkraut on top of apples and kielbasa. 

Sprinkle a second box of raisins on top of sauerkraut. 

Add 4-5 tablespoons of brown cane sugar on top.

Add 1/4 cup water.

Cook on low three hours and serve.
